Finally.. a week without school... not exactly no school but at least I'm free till Saturaday... not considering the fact that I still have to rush out my project report. Anyway... today's blog is nothing on school work.. rather more on a rather fun filled day out with the guys from GV Vivo.
Supposed to meet up with them (Vick, Kitson, Daniel, Desiree, Madeleine, Darrick, Yilei, Benjamin, Hafiz & not forgetting Jansen) at 1.00pm. Mr Kitson is still at home when I call him at 12.00pm. So obviously he is late, but others are also late.. so let's not harp on that....
We were catching the movie "Mirror" at GV Vivo. Not a bad show.. but the usual story line... invovles a guy who's life is ruined by certain incident, had a wife who does not trust him on the strange things happening, had a strange quiet kid... blah, blah, blah.... Had rather bloody sences.. but overall not bad... Can tell Yilei and Derrick were afraid, can't tell much about others since they are like sitting very far from me... Jansen is not very afraid though considering he has been watching the movie through out like "NORMAL"... As for me... wasn't too affected by the show (munching popcorns throughout the show) but still find some parts rather gross.... (who wouldn't gross out when you see someone been spilt to death by tearing the upper and lower jaws apart) anyway, so much so for the show.
Show ended at around 4 plus which we actually plan to catch a second round of movie "Painted Skin".. but much too most others objection, we head for lunch/dinner instead at KFC. I seriously felt that the manager at KFC might have blacklisted us secertly since the amount of noise we produce might have cause them to lose sales. Random decision to go over Sentosa to take a walk, look at the Merlion (Very random right?) and walk somemore. As expected, more commotions happened at the monorail station to Sentosa. VERY seriously.. we are starting to treat Vivo like our house. Some unpleasent incident happened but does not spoil anyone's mood. Still creating significant uproar on the train.
Reaching Sentosa, most of us nearly went crazy when we spot a peacock (DUH..)... Daniel and me actually climb up the hill to take a better look... That a side, MORE random decision were made.. took the Sky Ride up the hill... I don't know about the girls behind us, but Kitson, Jansen, Hafiz and me were shouting and screaming for the fun of it more than anything... but I was really worried about my slippers though... It can really 'make' my day if they fall off during the ride... LOL..
To our dismay, the sites that we were intending to visit needs to pay for entrance... (think everywhere in Sentosa needs to be paid for entrance now) but anyway, we make our way to the beach. Although Kitson is not feeling well by then (maybe due to fatigue) he has been trying his best to accommodate us... Kudos to him... Hope he is alright though. The place was good for chilling out and chat... the wind and everything was good... (maybe just the companion I'm with at that moment is not right.. sorry guys) spent sometime there before leaving at 7 plus... again Miss Cinderalla Madeleine had to go off early as usual... LOL.. but we understand... so no issue... but we went crazy while waiting for the supposed "tram" which ended up we spent quite sometime there also..
By the time we were back in Vivo... its already 9 or 9 plus... almost everybody went home after that leaving only Jansen, Vick, Daniel, Desiree and me.. which we chilled at Mac till 10 plus before going home.. Overall its quite a fun day out with them... should do this more often on the grounds that I'm free.... Actually looking forward to the next outing with them...This might makes me sound old.. but sticking with the youngsters do make me more alive... :P
