Day Out

Wow... Today can be considered a time out for my hectic schedule. Went to catch the movie "The Days" at Gv Marina. Reason of not going to Vivo? Kinda sick of that places after all the changes has been going on. Can actually smell the place the moment I step into Vivo. Well anyway, that is not the point. Went to school today first, class dismissed at close to 12. Manage to get the most possible person to meet up with me first -- Madeleine. That being said, she was still intending to take the bus to meet me. By then she would likely to have find a statue with cobwebs all over. So ended meeting her at Clementi MRT before catching a train to City Hall.

Being early, we decided to have a bite at Gelare in City Link. What was unexpected was that the waffle was actually that filling that we can barely finish our own waffle. After which, I decided to get a glass of drink so that we can have an excuse to rot at the place while waiting for the other two who are suppose to turn up at 2.30pm. By saying supposed to, means they are actually still around their house area sometime close to 1.30pm or so, which also means that we have to walk around while waiting. Decided to check out the libray at the Espanade which has a whole collection on arts material. Found some interesting vidoes, must remain myself to pay the library a visit during my holidays with my laptop, so that I can spend the entire day watching the videos. The ambience is kinda cool for people to chill and relax. We also check out the roof top which proves to be qutie a view also. Planning to get them there in the night to take a look, too bad Princess Cinderalla (Madeleine) needs to be home by 8.00pm. Well, another day then.

Finally near 2.30pm, our beloved dear Kitson finally decide to appear. Met up with him at adiddas shop in City Link. We shop awhile before Miss Desiree manage to show up too. So we are one person short of the full strenght -- Weiting who is rushing her projects in school. Later did i found out that it was the FYP, so shall not blame her. Had lunch with Kitson and Desiree while waiting for her as they had not eaten yet. I'm actually amazed by Madeleine's ability to down another clam chowder after the waffle. 3.50pm, no news of Weiting, starting to worry that she can't make it in time. Decided to wait for her at the GV, which we ended up (occupation hazard) comparing between Vivo and Marina. Rest assured, Vivo has a better standard in terms of food quality (Kudos to Aunty Choo Lan) and service quality (Kudos to all my colleagues & the OLD management team). 4.25pm, showtime, Weiting still not appearing. Poor Weiting, I supposed she ran all the way from City Hall MRT to GV Marina and manage to make it not long after that.

Enjoyed the movie actually, like the part when the baby Bro turn gangster. At least ths movie is DEFINATELY better than 12 Lotus. Short incident after the show earned Desiree the name of Jumbo Lady (with reference to the Tissue one). Thanks to Kitson, I now have a video lying somewhere in Desiree's blog. Kitson, for the stun u played, I SWEAR YOU WILL ANSWER!! WAHAHAHA........
