Un Destinado Solitario

A month in to the starting of school... busy with projects, reports, assignments blah blah blah..... deadlines getting tighter by the seconds... I do wonder.. under all the things going on.. how can I still able to let my mind wander... Chinese new year come and go.. nothing much has really changed to my liking since it is said this year would be a good one for me...

Still dragging my feet to school as usual.. having an interesting lecturer helps to make the day better... but having group members who don't really turn up for lectures can be quite... well... looking all around everyone is chatting happily with their groupmates and looking back at me, it can really be rather depressing to be sitting alone... not that I have got no friends in the lecture group.. but when they talk about their projects content, its not really nice to be around, reason being as what the lectuere said "trade secrets"...

Thinking back.. I have enjoyed outtings on my own and with friends sharing the same interest in outdoors as me... each got its pros and cons... doing outdoor tracking alone there is no teamwork to really about but the danger lies in the fact that there is no one around for you.. its a very good way to build courage and self confidence but not to mention you need a certain level of that aspect to being with.... in this time you will wish that there is someone there for you to lend a helping hand..

While tracking with friends are great as the suppourt they give might be the crux of completing the whole journey, but where there's people, there will be friction and conflicts... so compromising each other is a skill to learn... in situation like this, we wish that we are one that journey alone... humans are just that confusing...

Has been quite awhile since I last track in Ubin.. Missed the trees, the tracks, the sand and the sea... Should be planning a trip come Mid-year holidays.. weighing my options.. likely it will be a trip alone as destiny would have planned for me...
